Acquisition of Alphalerts.com

Chapati Systems GmbH today announces the acquisition of Alphalerts.com. Alphalerts was founded by Daniel Ratke in the beginning of 2021 and offers Alerts based on different Stock / Options / Crypto KPIs which are being send instantly in your DM’s. It currently supports SMS, App and E-Mail.

After closing the deal on Saturday (23.07) the migration to the systems of Chapati Systems GmbH and changes in the codebase took till yesterday (the 26.07). Now the Web-App is being served from us.

In the Future, it is planned to release the Mobile App to the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Chapati Systems is happy to welcome all Alphalerts customers to our Family of useful Stock Market Applications. We will develop new features for Alphalerts and will try to combine efforts together with our OS.MONEY App which is currently in development.

This is a strategic acquisition. While OS.MONEY is planned to target Value Investors, Alphalerts has mostly Growth Investors as customers. So together we can offer Stock Market Tools for every kind of Investor.
